 FAQs

  • We are a “dry hire” bar which means that either you, your caterer, or your venue must provide the alcohol. We provide the bartenders and everything else to enjoy your beverage experience. We will work closely with you to put together the perfect drink menu and provide you with an alcohol shopping list based on the details of your event.

  • We are located in Galax, VA—southwestern part of the state. Travel within 30 miles of Galax, VA is included in package cost, but we are always willing to travel further and love going new places!

  • Yes. We carry general liability insurance. We can provide copies of our insurance policies to your venue upon request. We are also licensed as a business with the State of Virginia.

    It is your responsibility to secure the appropriate Banquet License and any permits needed for your event.

  • We are here to serve any private event! This includes weddings, birthday parties, baby or bridal showers, corporate parties, fundraisers, bachelor and bachelorette parties, etc. For public events, it is the responsibility of the client to secure necessary permitting. Events must not be operating as a “cash bar”, as we are unable to sell alcohol.

  • Due to our advanced booking model, we cannot accommodate cancellations due to rain. We will work with you to find the best available option to provide cover for the bar in the event of inclement weather.

  • For our Mobile Bar Cart, we require flat ground for set-up and service and clear access for set-up and break down. A power source is also required.
